Xbox Spotify App Not Loading

So I have the Spotify app on my Xbox one, and it loads the app fine and I am able to browse the menu. However, whenever I go to select one of my playlists, it doesn’t load it up for me. For more information, see how to play on your speakers, car, TV, or games. I had this problem and solved it by using the Spotify Connect feature. Basically the app still functions while at the loading screen. Go on the Spotify app on your phone or PC and click the Spotify connect button and choose your Xbox and play a song. - Your web browser may need updating. You can check and update it in the Help section of your browser’s menu.
- Try opening the web player in a private/incognito window. Find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu.
- If you see the message “Playback of protected content is not enabled”, check out Enable the web player.
- Check @SpotifyStatus for any ongoing issues.
- Some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) restrict access to certain services. You can contact those responsible for managing the network for more information.

I'm trying to play music on an Apple TV via AirPlay (audio only, not mirroring). The audio often stutters. I'm using Spotify Premium. The Mac and Apple TV are connected to the same home WiFi network.
